The short version

Blessed Beginnings of Tennessee (Tire & Service), 1119 Glennhill Ln, Unit 13, Sevierville, TN 37862, runs this website. We use what you send us to book and do the work on your vehicle and to get back to you. We don't sell it, we don't run ads that track you, and this site doesn't set cookies or use analytics.

Information you give us

When you send a request through a form on this site, we receive your first name, mobile number, the services you picked, and anything else you choose to add: your vehicle, tire size, details about the job (such as tire size, mileage or what you're noticing), best day and a note, and whether you agreed to text messages. The form also records which page you sent it from and the site that linked you here. If you call, text or email us directly, we keep that conversation so we know your history next time.

Information collected automatically

Our web host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and protect the site. This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and its fonts and code are served from our own site rather than outside servers. The map on our contact page is drawn from OpenStreetMap data and is served from our site. The "Get directions" button opens Google Maps, which is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

Text messages (SMS terms)

If you check the text box on one of our forms, you agree that Blessed Beginnings of Tennessee may text the mobile number you gave us about your request: confirming it, setting up or changing an appointment, questions about your vehicle, and letting you know when it's ready. We don't send marketing texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything; leave the box unchecked and we'll call you instead.

Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can also call (865) 333-9959 to stop texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the site and answer you, and only to do that: Salt Services, which builds this website and runs our customer messaging system, and the providers that system relies on to deliver texts (Twilio) and email (Resend), store records securely (Neon) and host the site (Vercel). We do not sell or rent your information. We'll disclose it if the law requires us to.

Keeping it, and keeping it safe

We keep your details and service history as long as you're a customer and for as long as we need them for warranty, tax or legal reasons. We use reasonable safeguards to protect them, but no website or system can promise perfect security.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your choices
